Jiak Ba Braised Meat Rice

This iconic Taiwanese dish features our signature savoury braised meat sauce served on top of steamed rice, along with a braised egg and some pickled vegetables. The braised meat sauce is made from pork belly that has been slow-cooked in a fragrant and flavorful secret recipe broth. The chef has meticulously established the perfect proportion of meat to fat, known as our golden ratio for a melt-in-your-mouth gourmet experience. There is also the noodle version for those seeking an alternative to rice.

Crispy Jumbo Leg Rice

The large crispy chicken drumstick is served on fragrant rice and topped with our seasoned cucumber and pickled vegetables. Enjoy the satisfying crunch and juicy tenderness of the fried drumstick. For a truly fulfilling meal, make it a set and add a fried egg and a comforting hot radish soup.

Hsinchu Fried Vermicelli

Hailing from Hsinchu, these thin rice noodles are known for their soft texture and delicious flavors. They are lightly stir-fried and steamed, and then topped with our signature braised meat sauce and a colorful assortment of garnishes. Don't forget to add some of our homemade chili sauce for an extra kick of spiciness!

Fried Intestines Mee Sua

Enjoy the additive flavours of our handmade red noodles, simmered in a rich and flavorful specialty broth, and crowned with crispy braised intestine. This piping hot mee sua is served with shredded chicken, fried shallots, fresh garlic paste and coriander. Enhance the taste with chili and a tantalizing drizzle of vinegar. Oysters are also available as an option.
